Professional Review Standards

How professional approval and evidence-aligned content review works on Anxiety Fitness.

What we accept (high level)

Anxiety Fitness accepts evidence-informed mental health education grounded in established approaches (such as CBT- and ACT-informed principles) and reviewed by accredited, registered professionals.

Professional approval is based on verifiable registration or licensure with recognized regulators or professional bodies in the practitioner's jurisdiction.
