Content Review
Transparency on how Anxiety Fitness content is reviewed for quality and clinical accuracy.
What this covers
We are building toward clinical review across all @anxiety_fitness social and educational content, but we are not fully there yet.
Content reviews are carried out by accredited, registered professionals within the Anxiety Fitness team.
For now, we prioritise content that is most likely to benefit from clinical insight or clarification, especially posts that discuss mental health topics, therapy ideas, or principles from approaches such as CBT.
This includes content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Anxiety Fitness blog posts.
Why we do this
The goal is to improve content quality and clinical accuracy while still allowing lived-experience storytelling.
We want content to be relatable and human, but also grounded in evidence-based explanations and safer mental health communication.
As the review process grows, more content categories will be included.
What clinical review means (and does not mean)
Clinical review is a quality and accuracy check. It does not create a therapy relationship with viewers, readers, or followers.
Anxiety Fitness social content is educational and informational only. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Individual questions or comments on social platforms do not receive personalized clinical advice.
Public @anxiety_fitness content review & corrections tracker
For transparency, we maintain a public tracker showing review status and any corrections/updates for published content.
Important safety note
If you are in crisis or at immediate risk, contact your local emergency services. Anxiety Fitness social channels are not crisis services and cannot provide urgent support.
